Our Mission

solarThe mission of The Pure Energy Center is to provide training to support everyone in discovering ways to reduce energy use. We do this by teaching others how to work with natural energetic laws to achieve their goals in the areas of conservation, energy efficiency, and use of natural and renewable energy sources.

Preparing the Green Workforce of Tomorrow

hands-on teachingPure Energy has been in the energy conservation and efficiency business for 30 years and has a huge experience base in conservation, energy efficiency, and use of natural and renewable energy sources. We share this expertise by offering a series of courses designed to assist students with learning about various aspects of Building Science and by offering training and testing in support of obtaining Building Performance Institute (BPI) certification. We also offer Building Science and weatherization courses just for women.

wind farmNestled in the foothills of the Bull Mountains of south central Montana, The Pure Energy Center offers facilities that promote distraction-free learning, but is close to a city (Billings) and airport. In addition to being accessible to major alternative energy projects and off-the-grid living, The Center is a gateway to major attractions such as Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks.
